Cancellation policy

72 hour notice must be given for any reschedule or cancellation of an appointment or there will be no refund or carry over of the payment to another appointment.

If you choose to cancel your appointment and not rebook and want a full refund you must cancel a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 72 hours prior to the appointment) will not will be issued a refund.
